Technical Operations Analyst

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for delivering and performing analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) of all field operations, competitive analysis, and overall customer/data analysis, headcount forecasting, and expense reduction.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Identify and analyze all data elements required to produce management reports on business operational performance metrics.

Perform analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) of all field operations, business trending, competitive analysis, and overall customer/data analysis, headcount forecasting and budgeting.

Support management in identifying key performance drivers for management purposes.

Analyze all assumptions in long-term headcount model.

Analyze and report variances of actual performance to metric projections contained in scorecards and operating standards.

Develop ad hoc reports as necessary and ensure accuracy of data produced.

Provide daily/weekly Executive Summaries of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.

Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.

Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively.

Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties.

Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)

Ability to work independently Proficiency in data analysis, report creation

Advanced Excel skills a must Knowledge of cable television, telecommunication products and services preferred Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics or related field, equivalent training, education and experience Related Work Experience Quantitative analysis experience 2+ years WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment Fast paced, start up environment
