Hotwire’s operating divisions focus on delivering its suite of advanced communications products to unique market segments to meet the needs of a specific industry.

 

POSITION SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this position is to maximize initial sales penetration for new construction and overbuild launch properties and/or communities as well as increase revenue penetration in the existing buildings Hotwire services. Our vision is to re-visit existing communities to increase Hotwire’s revenue and penetration, via targeted marketing & sales campaigns. Revenue and Penetration objectives will vary by community type and other metrics identified at the start of the campaigns.  Our mission also involves being Brand Ambassadors and solidifying Hotwire’s positioning in the industry. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies upselling opportunities by identifying residential prospects in assigned community events, evaluating their needs, and selling a Hotwire solution for those needs.

  • Participates in setting targeted community sales & product strategy by remaining current on competitive offers, industry trends, and market activities.

  • Provides feedback to enhance sales process.

  • Maintains quality service by selling appropriate solutions in keeping with Hotwire’s standards and identified Revenue and Penetration objectives.

  • Identifies upselling opportunities and offer residents additional services that are provided by Hotwire.

  • Maintains product and technical knowledge by engaging in group discussions, attending weekly sales meetings, and educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal relationships and embracing best practices.

  • Works with and in support of community Account Manager and other team members as required to exceed sales goals.

Additional Functions / Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of related disciplines in customer support operations, i.e. Launch Operations, Call Center, Field Operations, Telecommunications and Network Operations.

  • Identifying key priorities, defining scope, plans of action, resources, and capabilities needed to achieve requirements.

  • Exemplary communication skills, a positive attitude, ability to work well with others and flexibility to changing workloads.

  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with little supervision.

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, work under stress and be able to multitask

Communication/ Manual Skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures used in Hotwire Communications

  • Knowledge of PC based systems, familiarity with Windows operating platforms. Experience with the MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

 

Hours of Work

  • As assigned by the Manager in order to accommodate Launch Operations. Often times, depending on the community, some evenings and weekends will be required.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Science Degree in General Business (B.S.) or equivalent from four-year College or university or previous technical support.

  • Customer service experience a plus along with a working understanding of VOIP, LAN, TCP/IP, Alcatel, Cisco, ZTE, Video on Demand, Fiber Optics and IPTV.

  • Ability to identify a customer’s needs and provide strategic solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and display personal and corporate integrity

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adaptable to the company’s changing needs
